TAS - CUBICOST
TAS is BIM-based quantity takeoff software for architecture and structure, which has successfully passed the building SMART certification. It works with Cubicost TRB, TME and TBQ, taking the lead in the era of BIM.
TAS helps you create models and calculate quantities rapidly by drawing models, importing IFC/CAD/PDF drawings, importing TRB models and so on.
To meet the calculation requirements for various quantities, TAS is designed to broadly consider the structural design specifications, construction acceptance specifications and common construction technologies. It can not only calculate the total quantities completely, but also, according to project requirements, calculate classified quantities based on structure type, floor or material, to satisfy the need for calculating and extracting quantities rapidly and accurately in the tender stage, construction stage and final account stage.
Quantity takeoff principle in TAS: To calculate quantities accurately, you need to build calculation models of buildings by creating models first, and then perform auto deduction based on built-in measurement rules.
